RETURN POLICY
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if there is a problem that arises with your order.....
Return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less original shipping cost, if any. You must pay the return shipping costs for any returned items. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if you choose to use an "un-trackable" method of shipping your return.
If returned items are received after 7 days we will only issue a merchandise credit for the item(s) sent back. No exceptions.
Any returned items MUST be received within 30 days from the original sale date or we cannot issue a refund OR merchandise credit. In this case, the sale is considered final.
Please contact us right way if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the problem. Also, please notify us prior to returning something so we know to expect it.
CUSTOM MADE CHARMS: The engraver will choose the best fit and font for your custom charms. We will try our best to make the custom charms exactly as ordered, but font adjustments are sometimes necessary so it will fit. No refunds are allowed, all sales are final on customized items. We will re-make your charm only if it is defective and/or incorrectly spelled. Please order your charm correctly, if you order it wrong, we will not re-make it for you. Defective or incorrectly spelled custom charms must be returned within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or possible refund. No refunds are allowed on customized charms unless we made a spelling error on the charm, it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt, and you do not want us to re-make it for you. We check all of the custom charms against the original order prior to shipment and do not send them if they are not spelled correct so this should rarely, if ever happen.
