Use this option to "special order" items you cannot find. Specially ordered items must be pre-paid (before we will specially order anything out of stock from our suppliers) and are not returnable. All sales are final for any special order items.

You can also use this option to "special order" larger quantities of charms that the site will not allow you to order due to inventory controls.

If we have the ordered items in stock, they will be shipped with your order. If we do not have the quantity you order in stock, we will backorder the items until they are in stock if you choose the "YES" option. If we do not get your specially ordered items in stock within 30 days your backorder option will be cancelled upon request. (Occasionally we cannot get an item in stock again because the manufacturer has discontinued making the style) In this case, we will send you an email with details regarding the status of the item, availability, and/or your options.

Estimated shipping timeframe for special order items: 3-30 business days from date of completed payment depending upon availability. We will always strive to get your item(s) in as soon as possible but we ask that you allow up to 30 days. If you desperately need something sooner, contact us prior to ordering (you will be charged additional negotiated fees if "rush" shipping from our suppliers is necessary to complete your special request).

Contact us for details before you order if you are concerned about an item's availability. Out of stock items ordered w/ "NO" backorder chosen will be cancelled. If you paid for the out of stock item and do not want us to "backorder" the item and get it for you, you will be refunded if the item was paid for by PayPal. If you chose another option of payment and "NO" to backorder, we will contact you and cancel your order for you.
