There are two ways to send us your photo:
1) Email it to support@onlinejewelryshopping.com after you place your order.
2) Mail it in after you place your order and we can scan it into our computer. If you want the original returned, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your photo. Our mailing address is given in your order confirmation email or can be found under our General Info page.
Please reference your order number when you send us your photo(s).
We will crop and resize your photo to best fit the size of your custom charms. We will try our best to make the custom charms exactly as ordered, but cropping and size adjustments are sometimes necessary so your photo will fit properly during the charm making process. If you have a specific subject in your photo you want cropped, we can do this. Just send instructions on the location of the subject (ex: Front row, 2nd person from the left wearing the blue shirt). We can add wording to your photo charm if it will fit. If you have any questions, please email us prior to ordering.
